Easy nut-free keto wrap and pizza crust.

Ingredients
30 ml lukewarm water
15 g coconut flour
1 egg
1 tsp psyllium husk
cooking spray
Notes:
you can use extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil instead of cooking spray
Temperature
medium heat
cooking time: 2 x 2 minutes
The Magic
1. Mix the psyllium husk with the water and soak for 2-3 minutes.
2. Whisk the egg.
3. Add the husk mix to the egg and whisk.
4. Put the coconut flour into the mix and stir until combined. The mix will thicken.
5. Spray the pan and leave it to warm for a few minutes over medium heat.
6. Put the mixture into the pan and use a spoon to form a circle.
7. Cover the pan with a lid. Depending on your preferences:
Using as a keto wrap: Bake in medium heat on both sides for about 1 minute. Using as a pizza crust: Bake in medium heat on both sides for about 2 minutes.
And... voila!
